JEF members are our most important asset. With their knowledge and motivation they are the driving force of the organisation, working for the creation of a European Federation, based on peace, democracy and the rule of law.

Their key value is their youth. The impulse of young people generates ideas and brings a breath of fresh air in European political discussions. JEF encourages critical thinking. It welcomes young people from all over the European continent, who share a vision of united and democratic Europe and are open to different cultures. Currently the Young European Federalists have approximately 25 000 members and are active in more than 35 countries.

· Are you young in spirit and up to the age of 35?

· Do you want to be involved in shaping the future of Europe?

· Do you have something to say to European policy makers and the public?

· Would you like to campaign for the creation of a European Federation?

If your answer to these questions is YES, then we welcome you to become a member of our organisation. What you have to do is contact the JEF section in your country, or, if there is no national section, the JEF Europe Secretariat (click here for contact details). We can also help ambitious young people to establish a JEF section in countries, where our organisation is not active yet.
